Their epilogue had me laughing so much. Emily really put Jameson through it in this and I loved it🤣 A very enjoyable read for sure! Their dynamic is so entertaining. Jameson and Emily are so chaotic, and it’s always so entertaining. I do think that Jameson is incredibly brash, so he kind of annoys me. Besides the ending of the epilogue (which was SO cute), I didn’t see a point in this storyline. It was entertaining, but it could’ve been better!

And, possibly my favourite, teaching your kid that asking for respect is synonymous with throwing punches. I really felt for Kate and Elliot in this. The majority of their epilogue was them dealing with fertility issues and it was so heartbreaking seeing them go through it. (Not a spoiler as there is a warning before the epilogue) I do wish it were a bit more fluffy, but I did like how real and raw it felt and that it brought awareness to the topic! I did love how it all came together in the end though🥹

Let me preface this by saying I've enjoyed TL Swan's books. I'm a fan of The Stopover, love The Takeover, and am a fan of her across the pond reads that center grumpy men (Mr. Masters and Mr. Garcia).

The only thing missing in their life now, is a baby.While this series started off fairly strong, and I still enjoy re-reading some of the books, I do feel it kinda fizzled out at the end.
